Week 12

Aye yooo another week in Reno, Nevada!!

 

 

Alright so this week was fun but also sad. Also, there were a ton of changes so I get to share them all with you! If you don't care, you can scroll down to the pictures, but i'm telling you this week was NUTS! 

 

 

Alright. The list is dope. I'm doing it again. It makes everything easy. Here we go!!

 

 

- Remember my amazing Exchanges with Elder Hardman?! Well, this man was called to be our next AP! That is insane! Basically, for those who don't know what that is, it stands for assistant president. He basically will just help the president out with anything he needs! It is a big deal and we miss him greatly! Intimidating, I went on Exchanges with an AP as a greenie!! He also loved our exchange! The AP liked me guys. That means some serious favors. JUST KIDDING!!!

 

 

- Since Elder Hardman was called to be an AP... where was his companion going to go?! Make a guess! Did you make it? He came with us!! We were in a trio for 2 days... max. Someone got Emergency transferred into our area with him so we don't have a trio anymore! It was very fun. Elder Núñez if you can remember we absolutely CLOWNED him. I think by the end of the day he wanted to throw himself off our balcony. However, we had lots of fun and got to know him more!

 

 

- My personal studies have been getting AMAZING. I have got a rhythm I've made up and it's the quickest hour of the day. If you are not doing a short personal study every day... start now! It starts your day off with a happy note and inspires you to be better. If you end up starting... email me and tell me how it is! I love to discuss ideas and thoughts of the gospel. Everyone has different opinions and perspectives!!

 

 

- Transfers. Yeah. That sucks. We got transfer news last night actually. I'm happy but also sad!! I'm just going to straight up tell you. I'm staying here in the Sierra branch! I am very happy about that! This area is awesome and I have people I know are progressing. However, my trainer se fue! He is going to Elko to be a ZL! He has been awesome to get to know and serve with. We've had so many good times and I can't wait to see how he does as a Zone Leader! With that news... I get a new comp! His name is Elder Cristen. He actually served with my current companion! So I'll let you know if he's cool or not next week!! Hahaha

 

 

- I am loving my mission. I'm growing so much everyday and this is awesome. I wouldn't want to be anywhere else. Wanna know why? God needs me here and I'm absolutely willing to be here. 

 

 

That is it pretty much! A lot of little details here and there but this is the bulk. A lot is changing this next week and tears will be shed. However, it's a part of the mission! So grateful I am here and for the experiences I had during my first transfer! I hope you all are doing well and feel free to reach out to me! Be safe!
