Week 36

Bueno bueno!!     Hey guys! This week was actually a bit of a tougher one for some reason. Can't win them all yanno! Anyways, I bet you're all DYING to know... What's going on with this next transfer? Is Cole staying in his area? Is he getting to train a new missionary? Next AP? Well, I am here to tell you that... I am staying!! Now I bet you're also asking, new companion? Or companions? I am here again to tell you that... I'm staying with Elder Loria! Sorry, I could've made it much simpler, but what's the fun in that? I am actually glad to stay with him. We click well and we work very hard so I'm glad. Anyways...     Earlier I said this week was a bit tougher! I'll tell you why. The work is hard. A mission is hard. Getting up everyday at 6:30 is rough, studying a language every single day for an hour and feeling inadequate still, people constantly trying to pull you down, people rejecting you, insulting your beliefs and what you do. In reality, it...

Heyo! Bueno bueno!     How are we doing, everybody?! Wow happy Easter! I hope all of you enjoyed the time we had to ponder and meditate on our Living and Risen Savior!! I sure was and it was awesome. This week was one definitely for the books! It had its moments, like every week does, but I always can say things turn out well!     This week unfortunately our good friend Abel began to ghost us. He literally just fell off the face of the earth again. So scary, but then he called us just two days ago and began to explain how he no longer wants to be baptized and doesn't want to come to church anymore. He's catholic and he has these prayer candles he really believes in. He also says that he doesn't like how we don't really worship the Virgin Mary. He said he still loves the Book of Mormon and it has changed him, but for now he will be taking a different course. It really tore me up. I'm not going to lie. Seeing the joy and love he felt and then he just turned away. I kn...

Muy buenos días a todos!!     This week was another one to put in the books! It was filled with a lot of laughs, some frustrating moments of course, but completely filled with the guidance of The Holy Ghost! Couldn't ask for a better time of my life right now! Okay, shall we get into a few highlights and stories now? I know you're all dying!     Our friend Abel is a homie!! We've been continuing hanging out with him and teaching him more about The Gospel! When God says he prepares these people, He really does. Abel is elect and his desire to change is so inspiring. Unfortunately, we have to wait for him to be baptized because of some legal stuff. However please, if you can, keep him in your prayers! He's looking to get his kids back right now and fortunately things are going well! However, in the next month a lot of stuff could change so we just gotta have faith!     We had a little fiasco go down this week. Our mission president asked us to attend the loca...

Guau!! El fin de semana... Con Conferencia General!!     This week was a fire week you guys! Lots of tiring work, lots laughs, some hardships, and a lot of doctrine and revelation!! General conference is so fire. It's like watching the Avengers, but the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints edition. YESS BROOO! I only wish we could've watched it on a bigger screen than my phone. Very spoiled white boy just came out of me but it's kind of fun in a setting like that yanno??     If you have other missionaries on your email list, I am almost 100% certain they will bring up General Conference. They should! It was seriously amazing. I'll bring it up briefly because the only way to know how good it was... is to watch it! So that's my invitation. However, this General Conference really focused on inner peace despite the outside chaos in the world. I found a lot of comfort in that! It's scary to think that it could get worse in the future. I want to have a family a...
