Hello everyone! Hahah this week was definitely one of the most action packed weeks in a very long time. Do I say that every week? If I do, you really got to believe me on this one. I thought it was all going to be normal, a last week before the transfer... nope. I was wrong. The mission definitely keeps you guessing and I think that is good for me to learn so I can better deal with things flying in my face yanno? This week Elder Seaquist and I had a super good first two days. Our Monday night was awesome! We got to work quickly and we had a lot of determination to serve and love the friends we had been teaching. We baked these cookies and delivered them out to these Hispanics who probably want nothing to do with cookies! It's the thought that counts right? We had a phenomenal Tuesday with some miracles and exciting things that happened. We taught some cool people and just ultimately fulfilled our missionary purpose, helping others come unto Christ. Buenas! Once again, I cannot believe that a week has passed by! The time is definitely different here on the mission, I feel like I'm being robbed. I also knew how to start these emails but now I'm on number 82 and I'm kind of out of ideas, so I'm just going to get right into it! I went to North Lake Tahoe and did Exchanges up there with Elder Madrid. Holy smokes, we worked so hard! It was so nice to go out and just help the people there. The Elders there live in Kings Beach, so we mainly did a lot of work there. We also go to Incline Village and Truckee. There are all walks of life there in Tahoe and it makes it that much more fun to go out and meet some new people, as well as offer a helping hand! Elder Madrid and I got a long super well and we had an absolute blast. We had an amazing lesson with an active member and her non-member husband. Como andan ustedes?! Oh man, how has another week flown by? I'm starting to get scared by how fast time is passing. It rained and snowed this week as well. Nevada needs it all for sure. We've been praying and praying for us to receive this much rain and precipitation and...it happened! It also is starting to get a bit warmer too which is good. I had a great week! Things went very well and I really enjoyed getting to work and spreading that good message! A miracle from this week we had gone something like this, Elder Seaquist and I left to go out and do some visits in the morning before lunch. We were driving and my companion goes, "Hey, let's go visit this guy (someone we had dropped and hadn't seen for a month or two) and see how he is doing. I immediately was like, okay! So we went over and when we showed up, his door was already open. My companion goes, "God has already opened the door for us!" so we dashed right in and he was there! We had an awesome ...

Buenos días a todos This week was a FIRE week over here in Reno! First off, we got an insane amount of snow and it was nuts. Nevada rarely gets snow like this so when it happens the entire county goes nuts. We had roads being shut down, empty roads, and no people plowing or shoveling, being here just makes me grateful for how prepared Utah is for the snow storms they get. It was nice though because we got a lot of service opportunities! You know how it goes. Well to start off this week we had a great time going out and finding new people to teach! We've been working closer with members and less active members which has been a lot of fun and successful! We have a family that lives in cold springs which is right on the California and Nevada border above Reno, and they're so awesome!
