Week 4

¡Holaaaaaa!

 

 

Tomorrow is my 1 month mark in the MTC! Holy smokes this has been an emotional roller coaster! There are some days where I feel like I can not do it anymore. I want to take the tag off and call it. There are some days where I think I could do this for my entire life and nothing can stop me. The world is mysterious that way. I have been comforted by the Holy Ghost more times than I can count. I encourage all of you to remember that WE can do it. I promise you are not alone. Also, I am learning so much about this gospel than I ever have before. I am immersing myself each day in the words of the scriptures, prophets new and old, and those around me. I am so grateful for my decision to serve the Lord. I know that this wouldn't be easy hahaha but I know for sure that this is something I can do! I am humbled every day to see the blessings of God in my life.

 

 

My Spanish is starting to come along! In my afternoon class, if we speak any English we have to sing a song, acapella, no sound, and alone. That is quite the incentive to limit myself to only Spanish. My district is just continuing to be the best. I always get a good laugh in with them. They really know how to reel in the Spirit as well. All of them have taught me so much and I am very grateful. 

 

 

I also have received my flight plans! I leave the 28th at 11:40 am. I am really glad my flight isn't too early hahaha. My mom keeps joking about buying a ticket and sitting with me till I actually take off. She has said it so many times I am starting to get worried. I am really excited to get out there though. Sitting around all day is killing me..
